Entorno y Patrimonio

Located halfway between Trujillo, Cáceres and Mérida, and along the Via de la Plata section of the Camino de Santiago, Alicia Casa Rural is only a few minutes away from the remarkable Basilica of Santa Lucía del Trampal, the only Visigothic basilica still standing in southern Iberia.
This 7th-century temple is a Cultural Heritage Site, of great historical and architectural value.

The village of Alcuéscar sits where the Montánchez and San Pedro mountain ranges meet, offering natural viewpoints, springs, and hiking trails to enjoy the landscapes and wildlife of Extremadura
